This Privacy Policy explains how OpsClara (“OpsClara,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our marketing website (the “Site”).

Scope. This policy covers the Site only. It does not govern how we handle a customer’s PointClickCare or patient data inside our product — that is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the product terms agreed with each operator. See our Security & HIPAA page.

Information you give us. When you submit the “Request access” form, we collect the details you provide — such as your work email address, name, and any message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view, to keep the Site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
